This 8” thick futon mattress is another Cotton Cloud original ideally suited for everyday use. Perfect as a sofa and the occasional sleeping surface, the Lovejoy mattress consists of two 2.5" pieces of convoluted CertiPUR-US foam surrounded by 5" of 100% all-natural cotton batting. A fluffy layer of our Eco-Valley wool is then wrapped around as the final layer, helping to enchance bodily warmth in winter and coolness in summer. Handmade in the USA, all materials are protected by a heavy outer shell that features double-stitched seams. Our futons are tufted in order to keep all of the materials in place. In order to pass flammability tests per Federal Regulations, the cotton we use is treated with a small amount of borax. We can manufacture a mattress without borax. Message us for more information.
